JP Denanot Limousin Regional Council president was received on Monday 11 October at Poitiers by Ségolène Royal Poitou Charentes President and Vice President for Franchise Coutant of Transportation.
He was accompanied by his DGS, a representative of the CG 87 and the mayor of Limoges.

They have cried a little but the arguments were ineligible for Ségolène Royal and François Coutant.
"The funding is not to please but if necessary and there is not the responsibility of the Regions, therefore, no! "
The Regional Council of Poitou-Charentes region maintains its position firmly and definitively stating that this project is not a good project for the Region.
